Logo and Text Engraving
You can choose to engrave text or logos. We can engrave logos and/or text at no extra charge if certain requirements are met.
Size of logo and number of lines of text depends on the frame style chosen.
Logos
Logos must be submitted to Frame USA as line art in an acceptable file format. The artwork file types which are acceptable are
.AI, .EPS, or .CDR. If you do not have this type of artwork file, we can format your artwork for an additional fee.
Text
We offer 4 standard font options. We also may be able to accommodate some special font requests.
Aluminum and Plastic Plates
This option is only available on frames with flat profiles.
We offer popular plate options in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colors:

Additional plate details
All aluminum plates are attached to the picture frames with permanent adhesive.
All engraved text is black.
Directly on Frame
This option is only available on frames with flat profiles.
Directly on Mat
This option is only available on select mats:
Dark Colored Mats – lasers removes the top color layer revealing off white text.
White Mats – laser removes the top layer creating light beige text
Directly on Glass
Engraving appears as frosted text/images. There must be a dark colored mat behind the imprint so it is visible.
This option is available on glass only (this does not include styrene)
