Half the frames came wall mount and the other half came table top. This was not clear in the ordering process.

I've always had good luck getting my frames from you for my projects. They are quick to deliver and quality is great. It's nice to custom fit something that I've made that is not a standard size.
Real wood, simple but nice! Love those frames!
This frame is well made, and the mat color is beautiful. Unfortunately, I ordered the 8x10 but received the 5x7. This was a last minute holiday order, so rather than returning it, I made it work. I'll make sure to allow more time in the future. This is an excellent product at a good price, and I will definitely work with FrameUSA again.

The styreme is broken in one of the cornes and it is noticeable.
I ordered and paid for the upgraded white foam core backing but received the standard cardboard backing for both frames. I've called and emailed but have not received a response.

Love these light wood frames
I was expecting real glass, not thin, flimsy, and easily scratched acrylic. Afterwards I dove deep on the website and found that in the very fine print it does say that larger sizes come with acrylic instead of glass, however this was not clearly stated on the product description page. I also would not consider my frame (13x15 inches) large, and I would expect real glass for the $35 price. In general the frame seems extremely cheap with a corrugated cardboard backing, fake glass, and I had to pay extra for the wire kit. Although it is real wood, the back is not even painted. You can get a much nicer looking and feeling frame for half the price at big box stores and craft supply chains, if you need a standard size. I needed an odd size, which is why I ended up here, and they did have a good selection of sizes and colors so that's a plus. I will also say the packaging was excellent. It would have been well protected, had there been any glass to potentially damage.

Very low quality. The wood is flaking/chipping all around the edges of the frame. Looks awful.
Low quality, even for the price.
Legitimately the worst quality frames I've ever purchased. Light as a feather, flimsy plexiglass, literal cardboard backing that isn't flat (in any of the frames I bought), and you still have to install the hardware yourself.
My second order, and just as impressed as the last. Very pleased with the quality and shipping. I’ll be back for my next frame needs.
Worked for what I needed. They are real wood frames that are not easy to find but they had them.
