If you are a retail customer and purchase over $300 dollars worth of product you will receive free shipping. Below is the breakdown for cost of shipping.
Free shipping does not apply to areas in Zone 5 or wholesale customers.

Oversize Carrier Fees
Oversize Carrier Fees
For items over 50 United Inches (Length + Width), an Oversize Packing Fee is added. This reflects the additional fee that the shipping companies add for large packages. Since your one of a kind picture frame will take up more room during transportation, the carriers tack on an extra cost associated with it.
Below is a breakdown of our surcharge versus our competitors (without naming names, of course! Compare to other picture frame websites and you'll notice the trend...our prices are the best around!)

Please note: United Inches are calculated by adding the frame length plus the frame width. For example, a frame that is 8"x10" would be 18 united inches.

All orders over $500 or over 100 lbs will be shipped by Truck. A $20 per skid fee is charged with the following charges for additional delivery service needs. For more information about what each service entails please visit our Shipping Information Page.

All Orders with a Total Quantity of (30) or less will ship within 2 business days. Large orders with quantities greater than (30) will ship within 7-10 business days.

Freight charges are calculated based on your shipping zone. Your shipping zone corresponds with the state in which you will be shipping your picture frame order and its distance from our location in Ithaca, Michigan.
Zone 1: MI
Zone 2: AL, CT, DE, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI, WV
Zone 3: AR, FL, KS, LA, ME, NE, ND, OK, SD, TX
Zone 4: AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY
Zone 5: All other locations not shown on the map

Zone 5
All orders shipping to Zone 5 will be charged shipping at the time the order ships out. Zone 5 encompasses all the areas not listed on the map above including, but not limited to:
- Hawaii
- Alaska
NOTE: We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or to non-contiguous US territories.
Shipping By Truck
Shipping By Truck
Orders that are over $500 or over 100 lbs are typically shipped by Truck/ Common Carrier F.O.B. We ship large orders by truck because we have fewer damages—specifically glass breakage. Additional charges may apply for these orders. Frame USA is not responsible for arranging LTL/Truck Shipping to Zone 5.

The carriers that we use to ship our picture frame orders are dependent on the size of the order. For customers that place larger orders that require a truck we will always receive 3 freight estimates with trucking companies to ensure you are receiving the best price available.

Lift Gate Service
If you do not have a dock door you will need lift gate service. Not all delivery trucks can accommodate delivery to facilities without dock doors.
Inside Delivery Service
If you refuse inside delivery, you will be responsible for taking the packages off of the skid, at the truck, without assistance from the carrier.
Oversize Shipping Surcharge
Due to our freight carriers' surcharges for large packages and due to the extra packing materials required to safely ship oversize frames, an oversize shipping surcharge is added to the total price of each frame measuring over 50 united inches.
Delivery Appointment
If you do not accept this service the trucking company will not notify you prior to delivery. Please consider if someone is not at your facility at all times during business hours Monday-Friday, you will need a call ahead service.
Tracking Orders
If you have placed an order with a sales associate they can provide tracking information. Be sure to provide your email address and order number.
