I stumbled across the FrameUSA website when I was looking for low-cost metal framing options. I needed a custom metal frame for a photo contest that was a couple weeks away. I had an order sitting in my cart at a nationwide art supply store, but the shipping was going to be outrageous, and the delivery date was over a month in the future. I discovered FrameUSA, and will not look back. Ordering was simple, and the cost (including shipping) is impressive. They processed my order in 2 business days, and I received my order shortly after that. The material quality is excellent! I am now recommending them to all of my photographer friends.
Very satisfied with the product. Customer service could be better as there was a call that I made early on that was not returned. When I called a week or so later, a customer service rep answer immediately and my concerns were quickly resolved.

This is a great frame. I love this for framing my crafts. It works great, is easy to assemble, holds the project well and looks great. I also like the way the hangers attach.
Reasonably priced and arrived in good shape. I didn't receive the metal snap-in pcs that picture frame wire attached to. Not sure if they were supposed to be on included.

The frame finish is flawless, the sizing is accurate and the hardware issued with each pair work perfectly.
I had to cancel the order because I misplaced the work I intended to frame. And though my money for the frames themselves was refunded, I was denied a refund for the handling and shipping which amounted to $28. I think that was wrong; it cost FrameUSA nothing.
Custoner service was good but your policy with FedEx made it impossible to manage delivery.
I've been searching everywhere for frame that could fit a small poster bought in Denmark, but our standard US sizes don't work. I sure didn't want to pay custom cut prices, so this was the most value for the dollar for this European poster.

Exact cutting and fitted together perfectly
This is the only frame I know of that can be taken apart and reassembled. Every year my wife gets me a MOMA moon chart. Every year I take the U-Frame apart and install the moon chart for the coming year. I've done that 19 years in a row. The frame looks as good now as it did the first time. I sometimes give a framed moon chart as a gift and others start their own yearly tradition.
We had an odd shape piece and these sets were perfect. Putting them together was easy, quality was there and look forward to seeing the piece hung for years.
Best way to diy framing and save money!
