This frame brought a mellow golden tone to our artwork. Perfect showcase for this Minnesota art piece. Came together very nicely. Would just suggest adding a length of wire. Quick delivery in time for a birthday! Yay!

Very disappointed with my experience. I wanted to get a 44x36" metal frame to go around a metal art wark on my wall. I admit I ended up ordering a U-Frame kit I instead of the U-Frame kit II for the 36" sides. The problem is the UF-I I is 1" and the UF-I is 7/8". I got thru to Customer Service and was told that there was nothing they could do. I explained that as a framing company they should be able to detect when a Customer is mismatching pieces when ordering frames. The lady I spoke to had no sympathy and said they could not do anything in the way of an exchange as it was considered a custom order. I looked on their website, and a 36 inch metal frame is not a custom order, it is a standard width. I also poinyted out that there is nothing evident to the customer when ordering that these are different widths. I had to bury name, you frame invite to do it yourselfers. It is hard to believe that by now they haven't figured out that using Roman numerals to differentiate their frame with is a good idea. It ought to be changed. But be very careful when ordering anything from this company, as you will find they have a no return policy, ,ssume no responsibility for their confusing website, and their customer service people project willingness to actually listen an attempt to serve their customers. Or at least project willingness to actually listen an attempt to serve their customers. Or at least express in interest in their jobs as company representatives.

I have used these frames in the past and find the quality is going down especially the metal pieces to hold the wire. They are extremely hard to get in place. It says that they pop in easily. i did not find this to be true and even got a neighbor who does carpentry to try and he had trouble also. I will not buy your kits again unless you use better hangers.

Glitch in an order of UFrame Kit II when individual frame pieces were counted rather than pair kits. Submitted a request for remaining pieces and customer service responded very quickly and missing items were sent relatively rapidly. Happy with service and response time.

Frames are cut to precise measurements and the colors are true to online pictures.
I was able to affordably buy the odd-sized frame needed to fit a reverse- appliqué piece that I purchased in Panama several years ago. It was easy to assemble with only a screwdriver. Corners are square and tight. Perfect solution.

I've been using U-Frame kits for years. They include everything you need for a custom frame except the wire. They even include little stick-on rubber hemispheres to prevent the frame from scraping the wall.
Very easy to assemble. Loved the brushed gold— this is a low profile yet elegant frame. Well made.
