Horrible quality! I was sure I ordered standard foamcore backing, but I received cardboard. I called your so-called customer service, no help there. I felt like I was rushed and they didn't care. Further inspection of the frame right before I was ready to put the movie poster in, I noticed one of the miters was weak and not well connected. It actually broke. So, I fixed it myself. This frame was a gift for my best friend to display an original movie poster. I was not pleased with the quality, and your craftsmanship was ****. But I doctored it up by buying a piece of foamcore, fixing the bad corner miter and using Gorilla tape on the back to give it strength and keep it from spreading apart. I should get a partial refund for all the time and effort I had to put into this frame just to make it worthy. Bottomline...the quality sucked, the shipping box probably cost more than the frame, and I'll never buy another frame from your business ever again. Russell Snyder

First frame you sent arrived damaged. You sent a replacement. The replacement was even more damaged. You then issued a refund without asking what I wanted to do.

I ordered a frame with a frame opening of 23 x 33. The actual opening (the part of the image you can see) is only 22x32 which cuts off some islands of the world map I'm framing. When you buy a picture frame, the size of the picture frame is the visible picture area. Not so with frame USA. They will not accept a return because it was a special order. I ordered the correct size. They made something smaller. Shop elsewhere!
Wasn't happy getting my frames delivered with half being damaged. But was sent new ones. Would buy again.
I have nearly 15 frames from Frame USA, all the same style. I went to purchase another of the same frame and when it arrived, I was immensely disappointed. The frame was plastic instead of metal. It seems like the manufacturer changed hands and that was not obvious to me when ordering.
Acrylic arrived broken, contacted customer service and sent pictures, replacement quickly arrived. Does require some assembly for hanging attachments.
Package arrived with corners broken. Without proper reinforcement to the frame, it's no wonder it broke. A waste of my time and money, while cost was refunded, shipping cost was not.

The plastic glass was scuffed upon receipt on the inside, and the hanging clip didn't support the frame weight without modification.

Some of the metal tabs at back snapped off the plastic frame. Frame does not seem strong enough.
I ordered a custom size poster frame. It arrived quickly but damaged. I took pictures of the broken frame and sent them to Frame USA. Within a few days I received a replacement frame and it was perfect. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

Best site for custom frames. Shipping was fast. Frame had slight damage from shipping. But was not too noticable from afar. Could use a little padding on sides to protect the frame. Other the the damage frame is top quality for the price

Workmanship in these assembled frames was a little shoddy, as two of the three frames I ordered were broken on one corner. The plastic is brittle, and the corner connections are frail. They are okay for the price, but would like to see them made to be a little tougher.
