The frame is beautiful. I wish there was an easier way to buy a frame based on the picture size with the matte. I was looking for the matter to be for an 8x10 picture,. I was able to use the frame, But I did find the wording a bit confusing.

Minutes after ordering the frame, I found that I ordered the wrong size. I sent a note about this and requested the intended size be shipped... not the size first ordered. However, I received not response. I assumed that the Frame USA team would have corrected the size. I tried to return the frame but was told that policy says that they cannot assist with the return cost. I took from to Fed X and was quoted 80 plus dollars which was more than the cost of the frame. I tried UPS and they quoted over a 100 dollars to process the return. I called back to Frame USA, but customer service said they couldn't do anything about the return. I was forced to order another frame at the correct dimensions for my project.
We purchased a few dozen frames for our school. We are tax exempt. Had a real difficult time getting Frame USA to honor our tax exempt status.
Reasonable prices, great choices, excellent turnaround time.
This is a beautiful, high quality frame at a great price.
Makes the art prints that I buy from Comic Book Conventions from the artists just stand out.
