At Frame USA, we believe mat widths and openings are a matter of personal preference. The table on this page reflects the standard mat openings included with our standard frame options.
Please note that standard mats are only included with standard-sized frames. Any customization will remove the mat from the order.
For proper fit, mat openings are designed slightly smaller than the image size. Typically, the opening is reduced by 0.50 inches to ensure the image is securely held in place and does not fall through the front.
