All 6 frames ordered was delivered broken. no corner protection and all corners were cracked or snapped.

The glass was broken on arrival...not packaged properly
The frame arrived broken. Customer service was helpful and sent me a replacement. I think I've ordered the 27" x 41" Budget Saver frame three times over the last few years and it has arrived broken twice. Maybe more padding is needed in the packaging.

Corners don’t meet tightly
For the price, the frame is a great value. If you're on a budget, it's one of the best options available.
Frames are very sturdy and well made. Packaging was very snug, protected everything well.
Purchased frame, received broken at 3 corners, packaging was in tact but box appeared to be battered. Contacted customer service, they immediately sent a replacement, again the frame arrived broken at the corners, the frame appeared extremely brittle and cheap, after contacting customer service again, they did not want to replace again, they preferred refunding my money instead of satisfying me. My guess is this happened before. I do not recommend this product especially for the price they charge. I would have gladly taken another replacement if they could get it delivered without being completely crumbled before it arrives
I hoped that by greatly overpaying for US made frames that the end result would well made quality frames. That was not the case. The frames were cheap and flimsy.
I've ordered these frames several times in different sizes. 1 had a broken corner this time.
It was great to buy merchandise made in the USA.
Arrived broken. No response from submitting the form online to have them address the issue. Quality has gone way down over the years with these frames.
Frame came in 3 pieces,i had no time to wait, so i threw it in the trash to cut my losses and run and bought locally. ( 83 dollars down the drain.)
I will not be using this company again for frames. My frame showed up broken and was incredibly poorly constructed.
