Picture frame arrive a bit smaller all around then the measurements I gave. I was able to cut down the image to make it fit. Frame looks nice but it should have been the size I requested.

This first order that i placed with the new company was very disappointing
They came fast and they were correct size but they look really inexpensive. I usually love your products, my fault I guess I should have paid more attention to what I was ordering. I don't feel like they were that inexpensive, price wise but they look more like poster frames. Don't love the way my prints look in them. I'll likely replace.

I had a bulk wholesale order. I was contacted and told what paperwork to send over. I sent it and it was acknowledged. I told them I needed it by a certain date for an upcoming art show. 2 days before the show I reached out to check and the guy I spoke to said it wasn't done and I wasn't going to get them. I asked if he saw the emails I sent and he replied that he saw them in his inbox but didn't bother to read them. Never again

I have purchased these frames in wholesale quantities for many years and have found them to be decent quality at a good price. I did have a large order that had to be delivered by truck on a pallet that was badly packed and many frames were damaged, but FrameUSA sent replacements. Shipments by FedEx and UPS are usually packed well.
