Quality of frame and glass was better than expected and the shipping package was innovative and protective
Receiving high-quality items in a timely manner from an online order is nearly unheard of these days. The frames I purchased look great and are just what I needed for my two new prints!
Love the frame and easy to use
The frame was absolutely perfect with the photo of Marshall Fields clock. The green really draws out the color of the clock.
Very disappointed, I thought I was getting what was displayed on my screen but in reality you must read the small print to see your getting a very low quality and "CHEAP" looking frame that would be fine for your 2nd graders art work. Buyer Beware! No mat.
Color was perfect, size and service.
Thank you!
The product photos show a mat, but no mat comes with the frame, and the specs on the frame don't explain whether the size is for the outer frame or the inner mat (it is for the outer frame, and there is no mat).
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the confusion regarding the listing photos and sizing details. Mats are only included when specifically stated in the product details, and the listed frame size refers to the artwork size the frame is designed to hold. We understand this may not have been as clear as expected and appreciate your feedback.
Looks great, no complaints.
The frame was shipped quickly and nicely packaged. It was received in perfect condition and made of quality materials.
Frame USA always makes great frames. Well made, well protected for shipping, color and finish as advertised, great prices, fast shipping. It's the only place I buy frames for my wall hangings.
They turned out beautifully perfect for the project.
The artwork, my son's self portrait, looks amazing in the frame and matt. We gave it to his brother, and he hung it on the wall right away.
Made in the USA, the colors offered are perfect. Exactly what we wanted for our gallery wall!
Very happy with the frame
I love the fact that this color option and the ability to get it in an uncommon size were available. Well crafted and worth the wait!
Very satisfied with the product, well made.
