The frame quality was adequate, although I have purchased higher-quality frames from other vendors. The shipping cost was nearly as much as the frame itself, which reduced the overall value.

Many options - choose carefully
Quality is as I expected it to be.
The frame was good quality. However, it did not come with any way to hang the framed picture. There is nothing on the back that allowed you to add a wire or to hang it to the wall.
Used this product in the past and find it to be reasonably priced and well made.
It is nice quality for the price.

They both had more color options. Wished the custom one had come with a stand up board in back versus hanging.
The quality of the frame itself and of the plastic cover was great but backing system was very poor. A number of the metal hinges attached to the cardboard backing popped out and it was generally very difficult to keep them in place. The flimsy backing could not be kept flush and is causing curvature in the corners of the frame where the plastic cover is not meeting the frame.
One or two were scratched up on the border but not very noticeable and overall a good deal for the price
